Refund policy

Yellow City Fibers wants you to be happy with your purchase. Unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Cut yardage, wound yarn, special orders, clearance items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item was damaged or shipped in error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Yellow City Fibers so we can make it right.
